Local practice records
Saved lessons, task selections, reflections and timer records use browser local storage. They are not automatically sent to an account or uploaded with an enquiry. Use the footer control to clear them and download notes if you need a portable record.
Information you submit
Registration stores your name, email and salted password hash. Enquiries store name, email, topic, reference and message, with time and status. Do not submit passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Accounts and payments
A secure HTTP-only cookie maintains a signed-in session for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned payment references are restricted to that account. The payment provider handles card information; this site keeps references and status, not card numbers.
Use and retention
Records support account access, enquiries, agreed sessions and service protection. Legal obligations or an active agreement may require retention. The operator should remove records no longer needed and maintain a suitable retention policy.
Your requests
Choose Privacy request in the contact form for questions about access, correction or deletion. Identity checks may be required. The website includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
